FamilyGen provides AI-assisted family photo generation and related account services.

Features and output quality may vary by region, device, and product updates.

You are responsible for your account security and login credentials.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

Generation consumes credits based on selected quality and current pricing.

Prices, packages, and payment methods may change over time.

Top-ups are non-refundable once credited to your account, unless required by law.

If generation fails due to system errors, only the corresponding credits are automatically returned (no cash refund).

Completed generations are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

You may not use FamilyGen for illegal, abusive, infringing, or deceptive content.

You may not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

FamilyGen and platform assets are owned by FamilyGen or its licensors.

You retain rights to your uploads and are responsible for having usage rights.

FamilyGen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or exact output expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FamilyGen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, quality, or legal compliance.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
